I'm Reyah, a Jaguar Shamanic Healer and Teacher. I created The Sunlight Within as a way to offer support and soul healing to others. After experiencing many hardships, I've learned that we need care, love, and healing for the soul.
As human beings, we all go through life experiences that affect us in profound ways. We are taught to take care of our physical bodies and our mental states, but we are not really given tools for processing injuries that affect our heart and soul.
My shamanic healing practice is to tend to the soul. Soul healing can help with any difficult life events, whether you are experiencing stress, pain, emotional dysregulation, feeling stuck in cycles that are hard to break, feeling disconnected, poor health, financial issues, having a hard time being seen, caught up in strenuous relationship dynamics, or as though something is holding you back from expressing your full potential.
What is Shamanic healing?
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice of receiving guidance and energy medicine from spirit allies via journeys to different spirit realms. Through different healing modalities, revelations, rituals and ceremonies, shamanic healing helps to bring the soul back into balance, into harmony with the self, and into a state of peace. Our souls are powerhouses of wisdom, vital life force, and connection. They also carry our history.
Soul and energy work can transform our bodies, thought and emotional processes, ground us in the present, connect us with nature and others, and lead us towards the life we want, full of abundance, peace, and joy. It is by working from within that we can create the greatest change in our environments and communities.
