I learned clearing, healing, and aligning the body's energy centers from my Shamanic Jaguar Lineage. There is incredible overlap with the Chakra centers used in Indian traditions. We use the same energy centers and attributes as a traditional chakra practitioner. The main difference is that these energy centers are approached shamanically. In these healing sessions, it is important for all the chakras to be aligned, so I will always examine all of them. This will yield the best possible results. Part of this healing also includes removing any energetic cords attached to the chakras that are not serving the client in a beneficial way.

Power animal spirits are guardians and spirit allies. They carry immense knowledge, and help protect the health, body, and energy field of their human ally. Every person has them, and they can come into our lives from birth, or for specific periods of time throughout our lives. If it's necessary, I will retrieve your power animal from non-ordinary reality, and return it to your presence. Once this connection is made they are always with us, whether we are aware of it or not, gently guiding us and protecting us, filling us with spirit power through challenging times.

If you are going through periods of nightmares, difficulty sleeping, fear at night, insomnia, or sleep paralysis, I can retrieve a dream protector that is a reliable guardian when it comes to sleep and in the dream realms. Once the connection is made, these dream protectors will come through anytime you are trying to fall asleep or have fallen asleep. They'll be ready to shield you against any energies, thoughts, or heavy dream activities that welcome fear and nightmares. They can also help guide you towards more pleasant sleep. There is power to working with nightmares, but if you are going through health issues, extenuating life circumstances, processing heavy emotional trauma, these allies can help in having adequate sleep while your health and mindset recuperate.

Soul retrieval is the practice of mending the soul. When we go through certain traumatic experiences, our souls can get injured and we can lose fragments of our vital essence, leaving us open to intrusions and negative energies. Soul retrieval is when I go into the spirit realms to search for any soul fragments and bring them back to you for reintegration. This is beneficial for people who have suffered traumatic events and can't shake feelings of deep unhappiness, loss of vitality, loss of identity, and lack of purpose.

Curses are restrictive energies that can limit multiple factors in a person's life. These can come through as intrusive thoughts, “bad luck”, health issues, spiritual bindings where you can have a hard time expanding your energy, grounding, using your gifts, relying on your intuition, having difficulty with interpersonal relationships, finances, or finding success in work and in your personal life or goals. It can feel like you are fighting against an invisible force, even after you've done everything you can to remedy the situation. Curses can be sent intentionally or subconsciously to others through the power of intention, objects, rituals, and repetitive harmful wishes or words. Some of the stronger curses can be bound to a person's lineage or through past lives. I will check to see if there are any curses, and if so will gently unravel them from their point of origin, returning freedom, and life force to the client. Depending on whether it is a current curse, past life curse, or ancestral curse, I will follow the appropriate protocol to ensure complete unraveling that will not impact future generations or reincarnations. Due to the powerful nature of this work, I will only do one curse unraveling per session.

Sometimes, during the dying process, spirits are not able to cross over for various reasons and they become attached to places, or living beings. They rely on the vital energy of others, and can manifest with a multitude of symptoms such as diseases, fatigue, mental and emotional problems, etc. Compassionate Depossession is a process of gently removing these spirits from the client's body, providing both the client and discarnate spirit with healing and support. The purpose is for the spirit to cross over peacefully, so the client can regain their full vital energy and sovereignty. This can be a heavy process, so I ask clients to set time aside after our appointment to rest.
